My food style is very much ingredient lead, seasonal where possible and unpretentious. As the majority of my cooking is in private kitchens, I like to keep my dishes honest and uncomplicated. Expect perfectly cooked meat & fish with a well-balanced sauce and garnishes.  As a private chef, I work with some amazing producers and feature top produce on all my menus.
